1. Who we are

Docuvia (docuvia.net) is operated by Estenzi PowerAccu, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every order of digital products on docuvia.net. By ticking the box at checkout you accept them. The free online PDF tools can be used without an account and without buying anything.

3. Products and prices

We sell digital files (document templates, guides and e-books). Each product page describes the content and file formats.

All prices are in euros and include VAT. There are no delivery costs. The price shown when you click “Buy” is the price you pay.

4. Ordering and payment

Your order is placed when you complete payment with our payment provider. The contract is formed as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Payment is processed by PayPal (PayPal account or debit/credit card) or by another provider shown at checkout, such as Mollie. We never see or store your card details.

If a payment is cancelled, refused or not completed, no contract is formed and you are not charged.

5. Delivery

Delivery is immediate: after payment you return to our confirmation page, which shows your download button. The download link works for 7 days.

Please save your files on your device. If the link has expired or you have a problem downloading, email us with the date and amount of your purchase and we will send you a new link free of charge.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason.

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once delivery has started with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code). At checkout we ask for this consent with a tick box; without it, you cannot place the order.

If, for any reason, you did not give this consent, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase by sending us a clear statement, for example using the model form below. We will refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method.

7. Refunds and our guarantee

Your statutory rights for faulty digital content always apply. In addition, we offer you this guarantee:

• Faulty file: if a file does not open, is incomplete or clearly differs from its description, tell us within 14 days. We will send a corrected file or, if that is not possible, refund you in full.
• Duplicate purchase: if you bought the same product twice by mistake, we refund the second purchase.
• Not downloaded: if you have not downloaded the files yet, we can cancel your order and refund you on request within 14 days.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of our confirmation. A refunded order's download link stops working.

8. Cancellation and subscriptions

Orders that are not paid are cancelled automatically. If you change your mind before paying, simply close the payment page.

Docuvia Pro (coming soon) will be a monthly or yearly subscription that you can cancel at any time, with access until the end of the period already paid. Its specific terms will be shown before you subscribe.

9. Licence

When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use and adapt it for your own documents, private or professional, without limit. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files or templates, alone or as part of another product. The copyright remains with Docuvia.

10. Free tools and liability

Our online PDF tools run in your browser; your files are not uploaded to our servers. They are provided free of charge and as they are. Please keep a copy of your original documents.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence and except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. Privacy

We only process the data needed to handle your order (order reference, product, amount, payment status and the email address provided by the payment provider). See our privacy policy.

12. Complaints and applicable law

Contact us first at [email protected]: we answer complaints within 14 days. These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a dispute before the competent court.
